FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Create an account or registered with us, click ‘Login/Register’ at the top of home page and fill your detail. Once you’re done, click ‘Save account.
To sign in to your account, click ‘Login/Register at the top of the home page and enter your email or username and password. Click ‘Login.’
Click on ‘Login/Register’ and scroll under the login section. Click on ‘Lost your password?’ and enter your email or username. Click reset password. You will receive a secure link from us detailing how to create a new password via email.
Login in to your account to edit or change any information, including your email, password and stored addresses.
Login to your Print Ustad account. Click ‘My addresses’ and then select ‘View my addresses,’ which will show you your saved addresses. Select ‘Edit addresses’ and make the required changes. Be sure to click ‘Save’ after you are done or your data may be lost. Your updated addresses will now be saved for all future orders.
You may view your order(s) by signing in to your account on ‘Login/Register’ and clicking on the ‘Orders’ tab. This will show your completed orders and your current orders in progress; the latter can also show the stage of progress for your current orders. You may re-order old jobs using the same graphic files.
To expense your placed orders, you can pay through our trusted and secure online payment gateway options, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa Mobile Account, or even pay via credit/debit card. All payments must be made on the day we process your order; failure to do so may result in a time delay or cancellation of the order. Cash on Delivery is also available through Leopard Courier service.
